I am not circumsized and have NO problems cumming from oral sex. Of course, I do need to show every new partner exactly how I like it, but once I've done so I'm good to go. I know in this forum we have seen threads in the past where certain men (regardless of skin) have been unable to cum from oral sex. Maybe he has that more general problem.
