Of course she wants to hurt herself, she realizes her games aren't working anymore. She can't have her cake and eat it too and she's being melodramatic.
Let her family worry about her, if they try to guilt you in ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM, tell them the truth. She cheated on you for MONTHS before you finally caught her, you tried to make it work AT FIRST but then she refused to give up her cheating ways. So she brought all this on herself and there is nothing else you can do for her. Then don't do anything but care for your child.

Agreed, use this against her to stay she is unstable to be around your child. If it's all an act she'll drop it immediately, and if not, then maybe she shouldn't be around your son alone.

Thanks, I spoke with an attorney after the episode....he gave me advice if I needed to "protect" my son from an unstable mom. Tonight is the first night she has been alone w him for 3 weeks. I stayed at her place until he went to sleep.
As far as dating...
It's a lot easier than I thought, girls move a lot quicker than I remember, but it's fun. I've gone out with one girl pretty consistently. Emotionally I'm not connected with anyone, but I am enjoying their company.
