i have always been very moralled myself..and always thought love making should be with one person, whom you marry...or thats what i hoped for...

my ex bf once told me that the average male man has had on average 15 sexual partners and average female over 9 sexual partners? is this true? i just wanted to vote on it to see whos had what?!? and if its statement is true..

I'm not going to answer the poll, because it's going to throw your stats off tremendously.

However, I will ask, why are you even worried about this?

Just live by your morals and let others do the same.

Okay, go and take your poll. It would probably help you out to split the reponses into male and female, and perhaps also into age ranges.

I mean, if you want to make moral judgments about people, it's probably good to realize that having ten partners at the age of 18 is different than having had 10 partners at the age of 50.

Short of creating separate polls for males and females and breaking it down into age ranges (under 21, 21-30, 31-40, etc.) it's going to be tough to really break down what any of these results mean, but I'm 27 and have had two partners, both long-term relationships. That's what I'm most comfortable with, but I'm not ruling out that would I ever have a one-night stand or casual sex with someone. I don't find it to be immoral, but it's not really my style, so while I wouldn't rule it out I wouldn't say it's likely, either. But I'm not going to judge anyone who has had a lot of partners.

I know that it does not work out this way for everyone, but my wife and I have been each other's one and only. We started having sex way too young (16 & 17) and she got pregnant. We got married and after 34 years the sex is still great!!!!

Hmm, I think you need to exclude paid sex. If you do that, I bet you cut down the number quite significantly.

"Paid sex"?

Hmmm....not everyone is quite that desperate to get off.

Most business men on travel do that.

Right, mooninwater. Keep trying to convince yourself that you're normal.

I'm sure a significant amount of businessmen on travel have done it, but I'd hardly say it's "most."
