I douche then a quick shower, but that is just case he would really like insertion. I go oral most of the time during menses.
I don't like anal as it hurts. I always use big towel over a pillow, periods or no periods. One towel is just over the mattress under the sheet. I know I leak more than normal.
Always keep a dim or red light. Once we had to stop near the climax as the candles fell they were about to burn things.
Keep the arousing aroma near bye as your partner will enjoy intensely in short time. If he is done 2nd time in the next 30 minutes my next 24 hours are more loving and relaxing.
