| There's only one way to know, and that's to tell him that you think the two of you really get along well together, and that some friends have suggested you should explore a little romance---and that after thinking about it, you'd be up for it if HE would be. He then can say yea or nay, or perhaps neither and simply point out that he'll be leaving soon and doesn't want either of you to be hurt. But he'll appreciate knowing you view him as appealing, and who knows where that might lead?

He sounds like a great guy tbh, it is hard to come by people like that nowadays. I say you step up the flirting a bit more... maybe when he's alone you should walk in with some sexy underwear on... his response will give you your answer. If that doesn't work out for you do not curse me or anything as I am just a simple guy

Visuals can be appealing, done the right way! However, in this case with the background you've posted, I would go with Pusser's suggestion. It's good practice in communication skills, which are a plus anyhow

This is a tough one. What makes it difficult is that you guys live together. When I was in university we were 4 guys and a 5th person (a girl) came to live with us. She hit it off with one of the guys and they began dating. This case worked out.
If you make a move and he shoots you down, it could make for a very awkward situation. Also, your other 2 roommates have no problem living with you as single roomates, would they have an issue living with a 'couple'? If you 2 are cuddling up by the TV, they'll feel obligated not to interupt and be confined to their rooms.
Whatever's meant to be will happen. Hope it works out

| I deleted the original post as it is no longer valid and I'd be embarrassed if he ever found this link (my flatmate). It didn't work out for us.... the tension built up and I started liking him more and more...but then all of a sudden he started having casual sex with some french girl and having her stay over all the time and after that I got really put off him so I'm totally over the crush now and thinking of moving out to move closer to work. Glad I got some closure now!
