That isn't always true, Gail. I know an 18 year old that isn't like that at all. You're stereotyping an age-group, and granted, the majority of them ARE like that, there are some who are a lot more mature than you would think. That would be like saying, because I'm 25, I go out drinking every weekend, which I don't. I didn't even when I was 18.
But I do agree that the OP should stick to the early 20s for a partner. It would be more socially acceptable.

| makes sense...really, just need someone to talk about it with without chastising me for even thinking bout an 18 year old like that. We have 3 more days...then i'll get over it. Its only cuz he's there. I put in his thank you card that he's more than welcome to keep in touch. So we'll see. No big deal if he doesn't.
