I am answering the questions to the OP not to you Gail, why are you quoting my comments?
For me, it is a myth to think women cannot orgasm through g-spot stimulation bcos Some can.
Oh, I NEVER say every woman have a g-spot or the g-spot is the best orgasm for all women, I know it isn't for you but it is for me.I know my body better than anyone else.G-spot orgasm feels better for me.
My comment is WHAT I FEEL and have experienced.

I asked my wife and answered accordingly.
She likes the feeling of her orgasm when squirting a lot. It is not the stuff you see in porn for her where it looks like she is peeing....she just gets a LOT wetter.
She will usually squirt with oral and sometimes while riding on top. I try to keep the pressure on her g spot equal to the pressure on her clitoris when doing oral. This seems to be right for HER.

@ Cablebandit - Yeah! thats what i did said in my post earlier that it could be possible.Well, in fact.. ANYTHING is possible just like G-spot orgasms for some women..
Most women (my close girlfriends) i know cannot climax over 10x per session and for me, after i had 3-4 BIG ones in a session, i would have 'passed' out on the spot and i wouldn't be able to continue further.

| I dunno if she is lucky. She didnt have an orgasm until she was 25 and was pretty experienced by that time. We look at it now as making up for that past....a past that i was also a part of. Normal for her is 4-6 orgasm and the difference? the only real difference is our communication. It's unfortunate that people arent taught how to have a dialogue about sex. Instead all we get is porn that teaches us all men should be at least 10" and all women should be able to squirt like a fire hose when having anal sex with no other stimulation.

1. Is it pleasurable to squirt, or is it an uncontrollable consequence.
I honestly would have to answer both on this. It is very enjoyable but its almost uncomfortable to have to hold it back.
2. Do you squirt from penile penetration or fingers
For me its only ever happened during penile penetration and its all about the angle. It's all about the angle and it has to be just right. If it doesn't stay that way, it's easy to lose it fast.
3. Do you even squirt? Have you tried? Have you involuntarily? etc.
The only way I will squirt is if there is mutual stimulation. I can never squirt with just straight on c*ck regardless of whether or not your hitting my g spot.
4. Does it hurt?
I have never had it hurt. If your doing it right it shouldn't hurt.
5. Do you dislike it, or is it hot?
I enjoy it but unfortunately it's one of those things that men can seldom find repeatedly.
6. How the HECK do I find the gspot in an inconspicuous manner, because usually the chick seems like, "why are you pressing the upper wall of my vagina"?
There really is no way to be inconspicuous about it. Sometimes if your diving deep and angled just right you might be able to hit your woman's g spot but as others have posted you shouldn't be doing this without first communicating it with her.
7. Assuming it is 100% accurate, and you all can squirt, and it is when you experience a gspot orgasm, do you prefer this to any other orgasm type, ie. clitoral? I have heard that it is a "full body" orgasm, true/false?
Again, I can not get an orgasm without clitoral stimulation, however I will say that if you can manage to hit the g spot in addition to my clit that you are likely to get a full body orgasm, however I have gotten pretty close to fully body orgasms without the g spot as well.
My selling point to you~~~~the g spot is not all its cracked up to be, for all women anyway! Do I enjoy it yes but mind blowing sex still takes place without it!
