| "Nights in Rodanthe" might have been my favorite book by him, it was also a much better book than a movie. "The Guardian" was excellent if you love animals, "At First Sight"/"True Believer" go together, "The Wedding is a sequel" to The Notebook and not many people know that. Its a pretty good book. Those are the ones that made me cry the hardest. I haven't finished "The Last Song" yet.

The Guardian is the only one I haven’t read because it must be one of his earlier ones: )
When reading his work it doesn’t feel as if he’s leaving you there to read, watch or listen, as most authors do. It feels as if he takes you along with him, or places you right there so you can share his experiences. Therefore feel the intensity of the emotions so much more. He has amazing talent for sure.: ) I suppose I should really put this up on his website seeing as it’s a book review.. Hmm.. nah he might get big headed lol
Anyway, I haven’t read the last song yet as it’s only out in hardback here. So I’m waiting until it comes out in paperback. Oh that’s ok, I don’t mind at all.. It’s like saving a box of chocolates for later In fact, I might even save it for my holidays in the summer and ration myself to one chapter a night
The ending to the Dear John wasn’t what I wanted to read, but it was perfect in a way, honest, because it did show true love and what I believe it entails: )

I was scared to go see this movie. My boyfriend is in the army, his name is John, and we are doing the LD thing. So I have literally written many "Dear John" letters. I heard it was sad so I was scared to go see it.
I went and the saddest part for me actually had nothing to do with the relationship! I won't give anything away but those of you who have seen the movie or read the book probably know what I'm talking about.

I love Nicholas Sparks...granted, I've only read 3 of his books, but I liked them anyway!
That movie looks really good, I might go see it with my mom sometime. She's been talking about seeing it =]
