Same here my girlfriend is obsessed with the twilight series and wants to go see it badly. She even gave me all the books to read, I guess i am going to have to see it with her LOL
BTW: Loved the trailer!

After the first movie, I think I might end up avoiding the second. I went on premiere night where all the teeny boppers showed up cooing as robert patterson came on screen each time.
Now that I think of it, I realized how annoying my friends and I were with lord of the rings and pirates of the caribbean.
I am looking forward to harry potter though. Even though its getting old...I already am commited, so I have to see the last 2.

I hope you aren't mistaken Midnight Sun for Breaking Dawn. Many people think that Breaking Dawn is the last book, but it's actually Midnight Sun. Breaking Down is the entire series in Edwards POV.

I like how all the girls hate Bella cause she is screwing Edward Cullen..hahahha.
Bella is so stiff...she sucks...biatch.
I liked Twilight... it was a good one to watch and kept me enthused.. It was kind of like that movie.... "the covenant"

I liked more the books than the first movie... but I'll watch it!
And not all the girls hate Bella, Eric, some of them like her or identify with the clumsy ugly duckling... and hope for a charming prince as well (vampire or werewolf... does it count  ? )

My ex-girlfriend and I were into the Twilight saga - her moreso than me, but it quickly became "our thing". Now that we are no longer together, I really don't have much interest in watching New Moon when it comes out. I read the first three books, and got about half way through Breaking Dawn before we broke up, and I haven't been able to find it in myself to finish reading it.
I can wait for New Moon's DVD release. I'm not in a hurry to see it like all of the Twi-hards out there. As I was saying; the only reason why I even got into it in the first place is because it was something my ex and I shared together. I'll stick with Harry Potter for the time being - that's my thing, and I am currently reading those books.

The four films in the series are after the four books: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn. Breaking Dawn is not the last book, but it concludes the story. Like I previously stated, I did not finish reading Breaking Dawn, but from what I have read, it does not recap the entire series from Edward's POV. The first seven chapters are within Book 1: bella, and they are definitely from her POV. Chapters 19-39 are in Book 3: bella, but I do not know whose POV this is from. Book 2: jacob, chapters 8-18 is where I left off, and starts off from Jacob's POV.
Midnight Sun from my understanding was the short book that leaked its way into the Internet much to Stephanie Meyer's dismay. It just goes to show how unappreciative and disrespectful some of these Twi-hard "fans" really are. I was under the impression that this was the story that takes place from Edward's POV. However, I have not read it, so I cannot confirm.
If anyone has information to discredit my post, please do so without spoilers.

| Oh btw iCozMo, Ashley Greene is on the cover of the new Maxim. I have a subscription, so it will be a few more days before it hits the shelves. But you might be interested in checking it out. She blows away Kirsten Stewart, imo.
