The question itself is a bad one. I'm a Caucasian girl living in Japan. When I get asked, "How can I meet foreign girls?" I reply, "You should be dating PEOPLE- not a race."
In other words, you come off as someone who stereotypes races instead of seeing them as individual people.
The best way forward is to meet lots of people- of every nationality, and find the person who suits you best.
Telling a girl "I really like Asian/Caucasian/Black/Japanese girls" is a major turnoff.
