So? What did you guys think? Bana? Pink.farie89? Where my girls at? 
I went and saw it last Sunday. Though too many comedic tones made it difficult to capture the feelings I experienced while reading DH, I still felt it was a solid film and gave it 8/10. However, the first half of the book makes you feel hopeless and defeated along with the trio. Like a Dementor, it just rips the happiness right out of you. I just didn't feel the same at the end of this movie.
On the flip side, I didn't even make it five minutes into the movie before tearing up due to that crushing scene with Hermione and her parents. This was a welcome addition, and I practically died at the torture scene. Emma Watson has really come into her own, and she stole this movie hands down.

| I finally seen this movie last week and thought it was good(but in my opinion it won't match the book). I enjoyed the tears(Hermione's scene at her parents), laughter(Fred and George changing into Harry and saying "we're identical"), and action(too many favorites to name). So I rate this first part a 7 out of 10 because even though its the last movie in the series, it doesn't have the gripping feeling like Prisioner of Azakaban does.

I finally saw this one too. It wasnt as cut off as I imagined it would have been at the end. It ended just about right and I was satisfied as the movie was wicked long and started to drag after a while. Hopefully the next one will be out soon and I can finally finish this dreadfully long series. They should have released them side by side honestly becuase I could probably imagine that both movies would be bought tickets back to back. I would have done it...just to get it out of the way all at once.

6 hours later...come out rejoicing.
